I was admitted to the International Center for Spinal Cord Injury in Fulton, MD for two months of physical therapy to address gait and balance challenges related to Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia. I’m deeply grateful for the life-changing care I received. From Dr. Cabahug’s clear guidance to Natalie Albright’s outstanding therapy program and the daily support of the reception staff, I felt fully supported throughout my journey. Thanks to the state-of-the-art equipment—especially the aqua jogging tank and Galileo vibration plate—I’ve seen meaningful improvements in my gait and left with a clear plan to continue my progress at home.
